SEN Teaching Assistant – Dudley

Location: Dudley
Pay Rate: £95.95 - £ 105.36
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Temporary/Permanent

Smart Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4–16 with a wide range of special educational needs in a supportive school environment.

You will support students with:

Visual Impairment (VI)
Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Physical Disabilities (PD)
Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)

What You’ll Do:

Deliver personalised support alongside teachers and multidisciplinary staff
Help students build confidence, independence, and essential life skills

Requirements:

Prior SEN experience in an educational setting
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
